
Macy Gibbons secured the Scottish Open Girls title at the Normandy Hotel in Renfrew, Scotland, lifting the Platinum-ranked World Darts Federation crown in impressive fashion. The finals were played live on stage from 5pm as part of the Target Scottish Open weekend.
In the final, Gibbons defeated Rebecca Eleanor Allen 4-1 to take the title. Gibbons averaged 77.52 in the decider, overturning Allen’s strong 82.35 average with clinical finishing at key moments to seal the victory.

Gibbons’ route to the title included a composed 3-1 semi-final win over Abbi Ettridge, while Allen reached the final after producing one of the standout performances of the event, averaging 85.55 in her 3-1 semi-final victory against Paige Pauling.
In the quarter-finals, Gibbons whitewashed Olivia Heaton 3-0, Allen defeated Ruby Grey 3-0, Ettridge overcame Taylor Field 3-0, and Pauling saw off Nicole Sescu Gal 3-0, underlining the high standard throughout the Platinum-ranked girls event.
